Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT, is a sequence of tapping on specific acupressure points combined with affirmations. This helps release negative emotion at hand. Blocks or imbalances in the flow of energy lead to ill health. Tapping on acupressure points while maintaining your mental focus on an issue accesses your body’s energy, bringing it to balanced state.

Clearing emotions restores the balance of energy to resolve physical and emotional issues. Fear, anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem or anything that bothers you can be worked on.

Control Symptoms

Phase 1: Get Control of Your Symptoms

Control unwanted symptoms that are getting in the way of your day to day and overall well being. You’ll learn to be in control of your emotions and thoughts rather than the emotions and thoughts controlling you. You’ll also learn how to utilize the tapping technique in the moment when you feel your emotions taking over to instantly regain control.

Program Details:

Three 1- hour session packages 

Six 1- hour session packages

Clear Emotions

Phase 2: Clear the Root Cause Emotion(s)

In this Program, we start with getting control of your symptoms, and then we go deeper to uncover the root cause(s) of your symptoms.  We also examine how your belief systems are impacting your lifestyle and relationships with loved ones. We discover specific belief systems that are limiting you - and how they came to be - which allows us to ultimately break free of them. 

Program Details: Four Month Program 

  • Twelve one Weekly 1-hr sessions   

  • Two  90 minutes sessions

  • Support between sessions via email, text or phone call

  • Journal for your thoughts, ideas and Aha moments

Create

Phase 3: Create New Habits - New You!

This is the full, comprehensive program where we control symptoms, clear root cause emotions and create a new sustainable way of being.  Together we’ll explore what brings you joy and find ways to incorporate that more into your daily life. We will create new routines that will lead to more confidence and ease in your life. Ultimately, you’ll create new habits and a new you!

Program Details: Six Month Program 

  • Twenty one Weekly 1-hr sessions   

  • Three  90 minutes sessions
